CTA Digital is a tech accessories company that imports and sells kiosks, mounts, stands and other items for retail and office spaces. They were gearing up for a big release in 2016 that included 30 new products. I was brought in for three months to write the packaging copy and online store profiles for every new product. I also tested all the new products, provided feedback for revisions and wrote instructions manuals for them.
